Notwithstanding the foregoing, where sensitive personal information does come into our possession we will only process it where we have your express consent to do so.

We may request information about any criminal convictions that you possess if this information is relevant to the role that we are recruiting for. When you submit a job application at the same time you consent to our processing your personal data in a recruitment process.
